My Mason Jar Makeover

So, by now, you all know of my love for pinterest... I'm kind of addicted. There's always some cute, antique craft project or some mouthwateringly delicious looking recipe that leaves me just dying to try it.

So, today, I got out my trusty can of brushed silver nickel spray paint (seriously, I've done a thousand projects with it...) and one of our many old mason jars, and went to town. I CAN'T BELIEVE I'VE WAITED THIS LONG TO TRY IT!!! So fun. So easy. So cute.

While waiting for that to dry, I found some old keys, and painted them some of my favorite colors. Blue, white, and green. I also found some twine and wrapped it around the top of the jar and after everything was dry, I tied the keys on. And... Viola! Gorgeous painted mason Jar with my own personal touch. I love it. It's currently sitting on my dresser, waiting for a proper home somewhere in my room. It's so cute, who knows where it will end up!?!

One thing I do know for sure is that I seriously love this project. <3

Life Catch Up!

Hiya! Yep, I'm still alive! It seems like it's been forever since I've posted anything!

Since my last post, I've joined the wonderful world of android, and I'm currently typing this post on my phone! I love it.

Anywhoo, the countdown to graduation is on!
T-62 days. I'm kind of bursting at the seams with excitement, 13 years of school and now it's all within reach!!! Kind of crazy to think about!

The Saturday before last, I went and had my senior pictures done by Rusty Healey Photography, and I can't wait to get them back! I've seen them, and
I think they turned out pretty awesome!
